The restaurant
The younger couple, Erind and Donata, are in charge of the Hotel's restaurant,
located in the largest open area in the building and designed to offer to
those who choose to stay here the very best of what can be presented today to
the clientele.
Their suggestions follow the individual tastes of each, with simple or
elaborate traditional dishes offered beside more modern ones, the results of
a new approach to combining the products, tastes, and colours of our Italian
cuisine.
Donata is an enthusiastic pastry chef and all the desserts on the menu are her
creations; another source of pride for her is to serve the guests their
breakfast with a selection of fresh-baked bread and pastries, still warm and
fragrant from the oven.
With their dishes Erind and Donata delight the taste buds, the sight and the
other senses and stimulate an interest in the art of cooking.
Their cuisine is always light, but, on request, they can adapt it to the
individual health needs of their guests.
The restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday in low season (from 1°
october to 31 march), only on Tuesday in high season (from 1° april to 30 september).
